Helping you become more active!

Welcome to the holding page for MyActive, a new health and wellbeing company established by High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council to take on the management of leisure facilities and services from Tuesday 1st October 2024.

Improvements are on the way!

We have some exciting improvements planned for our facilities and services which are designed to enhance your experience, including a full transformation of Brough Park Leisure Centre and the decarbonisation of Buxton Swimming Pool. We have further improvements in the pipeline and we can’t wait to share more information with you as these projects progress.

Your Membership

All memberships will remain the same, we will be transferring them over to MyActive exactly how they are currently.

Your direct debit will change from Parkwood to MyActive, we will notify you of this as soon as we can.

Brough Park Closure

As you may be aware, Brough Park Leisure Centre  will be closing on the 30th September 2024, however we do not want this to prevent you from carrying on your learn to swim journey.

To ensure you can stay within our Learn to Swim Programme, you will be able to continue your swimming lessons at one of our sister sites:

  • Biddulph Valley Leisure Centre
  • South Moorlands Leisure Centre
  • Buxton Swimming and Fitness Centre

To change to one of these sites please contact them by calling the centre which you would like to change lessons to or click the link below to speak to a member the team www.myactive.uk/contact-us

And finally…

Thank you for being a part of our community. We’re thrilled to embark on this new journey together and can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve as a team.
