We’re pleased to announce that from Monday, 4th August, essential structural improvements at MyActive Glossop will begin. These works will run for around eight weeks, starting with the upstairs gym, which will need to close fully whilst work is completed. All areas will re-open as soon as they are safe and ready.
We’re proud to share that MyActive New Mills is now running more efficiently thanks to a major sustainability upgrade. With support from High Peak Borough Council and Sport England’s Swimming Pool Support Fund, we’ve installed nearly 500m² of solar panels and upgraded our plant room equipment. Not only does this reduce our carbon footprint, but it also creates a more comfortable space around the pool. As a little bonus, we’ve added a new inflatable for family fun

Whether you’re lacing up your trainers for the first time or already in your stride, Summer of Movement is your chance to try something new, enjoy the outdoors, and feel better - physically, mentally, and socially.
